We want Contact Congress to be usable by as many people as possible. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA to guide our accessibility work.

Our approach

Our accessibility work is guided by considerations including keyboard access, visible focus, labels and instructions, page structure, zoom and reflow, color contrast, and compatibility with assistive technologies.

If address suggestions are difficult to use, you can type a complete address directly into the address field.

If you have difficulty using Contact Congress, need assistance, or would like an alternative way to complete a task, please contact support. Include the step you were on, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you used when possible.
